Asset Traq was borne from the real world experience of a small asset management team. There was a realisation that with large commercial assets, the critical information for every aspect of the asset was often fragemented and difficult to find. Alternatively this information was held by various departments within the ownership structure.

The team at Asset Traq designed a platform that would provide asset managers and owners with access to every associated type of document, file or media. Whether it was copies of leases, plans, camera instructions to fire exits or building materials, the ability to access them in a few clicks was critical.

The platform was successfully deployed and tested in Q3 2022 and is now positioned to be white labeled for all major assets from stadiums to studios, offices to shopping centres.
